you know how there is this myth on man who are bigger in size, i.e fat, that they cant do it? You know what, it might actually be true!
Studies have shown that fats at the waist area actually affects the lvl of testosterone in men. E higher is ur fat in waist area, the lower ur lvl of testosterone. Cos apparently, fat in your waist area will “absorb” your testosterone.
But, if you build muscles, mainly on your biceps and abs, if you strengthen your muscles, your lvl of testosterone will increase.
Amazing right? So guys, work those abs!
