Back from Hong Kong and I can feel the damage done to my abs. All those carbs (think toast, springy noodles, fried noodles drenched in sauce and the list goes on), desserts and late night eating (we actually ordered room service at 11pm during one night) are taking a toll on me.
When I wore my romper today I could feel the slight different around my waist and I had a slight panic attack. It’s back to my clean lean diet now that I’m back home. With the festive period round the corner, I wouldn’t want myself looking like a whale in pictures.
I need my abs back. 😩
